With reference to the terms of conclusion, there are some usual options as below:

TERMS 1,“Door To Door” service

We can take charge of the whole delivery process from our factory to your door or office as long as you remit us in advance the needed delivery charges, which contain cost of goods (factory price), freight (including land transport in both countries), customs clearance and operation fees.

TERMS 2 FOB (Free On Board)

In this case, the shipping company can be designated by you or us, and we arrange for booking the ship and other matters regarding the shipment before the goods is loaded onto the ship. The other charges including the shipping cost should be in your account.

TERMS 3 CIF (FOB Cost, Insurance and Freight)

Everything regarding the shipment from our factory to the destination port is arranged by us and the charges will be in our account.

TERMS 4 CFR (FOB Cost and freight)

Everything regarding the shipment from our factory to the destination port except insurance is arranged by us and the charges will be in our account.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We accept L/C (Letter Of Credit) or T/T (Wire Transfer). If the payment paid by T/T, and concluded on the basis of CIF, CFR or FOB, we would like to receive 30% of the total payment as the deposit before production, and the balance should be paid off when the buyer receive the fax copy of the Bill Of Lading after shipment. The original Bill of Lading will be posted to the buyer by rapidest mode.
