You can choose the styles either from our web site, or through other channels. Please tell us the number or description of the goods

2) Colors

If you find some colors desirable on our website, please tell us the color number. Or you may tell us your favorite color.

3) Size and measurement

We can conclude what sizes of the components are used for your fireplace, if we know how big the mouth is and confirm the measurement with you and you may also directly tell us the size.

4) Cost calculation

The DDP cost of the product contains factory price + all the freight + port charges  + Tariff&Customs Fee + delivery to your door.

a. A product cost is fixed by the size, material and carving.

b. Freight (shipment by sea) is usually determined by weight and distance. For example, China to US west (east) coast is about $US0.1-0.15/kilogram.

c. Tariff is about 6.5 % of the goods value; Customs Fee is $US120 and Delivery is charged according to the distauce from port to your site.

5) Payment

When we have reached an agreement on the details, we need to sign a contract. Then you should deposit 50% the product in our account with any bank in your city. Once we see your remittance, we will start working on the project. We will inform you of the process of our work, sending you photos, etc. A copy of bill of lading (including the bill number) will be sent to you by Fax, when the goods are on board. It is time for to you transfer the other 50% to our account, and then you will receive original bill of lading with which you can get your goods and wait at home.

6) Time

From the date you place the order, it usually takes 20 days to finish the stonework, maybe longer when more complicated. The shipment will be 20 days on the sea and 7 days by land, totally 45 days to get to your home.

7) Warranty

We will contact you during the processing and send photos to let you know how it is going.
